Shipping Information


Payment & Taxes: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Square, and process your payment through stripe. All orders shipped to Michigan will be charged a 6% sales tax.

Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times. We will never sell, rent or disclose this information to any third party. Your credit card information is secure at all times and we never keep your credit card information on file. 

Order Processing: All in stock orders will be processed in 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Delivery & Shipping Cost: We now offer free standard shipping & returns on all orders! All orders ship from Rochester Hills, MI via USPS first class mail, with an expected delivery date of 5-7 business days, standard ground shipping, from date of shipment. a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you when your order ships!

International Shipping: Currently we do not offer International shipping rates, contact us at info@upcountrytextiles and we will arrange shipping to your destination.

 

Return Information


We are confident that you will love your purchase from us, however, in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from receipt of merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.  Products must be shipped with all of their original shipment packaging, to be eligible for a refund.

Before returning your item please send us an email at info@upcountrytextiles.com referencing your order number, and giving us a brief description as to why you are making the return. Once your items are received, and your return is approved the merchandise cost will be credited back to your credit card or original method of payment.
